Story of Dedomainia
2016-January
Cédric worked for 15 years as an actuary in London. As he did repetitive and fastidious tasks he had the idea to facilitate his daily-life.
2016-February
Cédric helped by his brother Ludovic, spent 18 months working with various players in the longevity market.
2017-March
Dedomainia was created in London with the launch of the first ever web-based platform dedicated to the longevity market : LISA.
2017-April
Cédric & Ludovic wanted to rule their family business from their original country: they created first Dedomainia.
2020
Dedomainia won reward "Best Insurance business process automation specialists".
2026
Dedomainia is nearly 60 full-time employees in France and expert in annuity and longevity business.

Cédric FÉTIVEAU
Co-founder & CEO
Ludovic FÉTIVEAU
Co-founder & CTO
Ludovic worked for 10 years as a Product Manager for the FIC E-commerce platform of an investment bank. He studied Artificial Intelligence in its early years and is generally passionate about new technologies and their business applications.

At Dedomainia he has implemented an agile and continuous improvement approach to maximise value to customers and ensure the organisation remains flexible in a moving, regulated, and complex market environment.
​
In line with these principles, he has created an innovative longevity specific configuration process to accommodate the different client business requirements while limiting the need for new code development.
This is a game changer for the industry and has rapidly been adopted by several large institutions.
Marie BOUTRY
Chief people & Communication Officer
After 15 years in the insurance sector as a Marketing and Communication Officer, Marie lived in London and co-founded a company specializing in international education consulting.
She joined Dedomainia Group in 2022 as Head of Human Resources and Communication, supporting the company’s transformation, strengthening its culture and values, and developing team organization, career management, and internal communication.
Alexis NAVAL
Administrative & Financial Officer
A graduate of INSEEC specialized in audit and management control, Alexis has over five years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and management control across sectors such as hospitality, wine and spirits, and tech.
He joined Dedomainia in 2023 to support the company’s growth, focusing on financial analysis, performance management, and optimizing accounting processes.
Cedric worked for 15 years as a life actuary and gained extensive knowledge in the longevity risk transfer market. He has a passion for automating repetitive and tedious tasks.
He has always built advanced VBA macro to render his day to day more efficient and fun. Having overseen the administration in relation with longevity swaps operations at three different large organisations, he concluded that a new approach was needed for the industry.
In 2016, he co-founded Dedomainia and launched the build out of LISA, a cloud-based software for pension schemes and insurers to streamline their longevity operations.

Cedric’s vision is to standardise the longevity risk transfer market to unlock the adoption of new technologies and lowering the insurance cost paid by the pensioners.
Mathieu QUILLIEC
Development Team Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry and a Master’s degree in computer science, Mathieu brings strong expertise to his role.
His background in finance and four years in New York have shaped his global perspective as Development Team Manager. Focused on team and individual growth, he promotes strong organization and collaboration to drive both people and products forward.
Louis GERME
Longevity Ops Team Manager
Louis joined Dedomainia as a trainee in 2019 after studying computer science at Epitech. With a double diploma in project and human management, he quickly moved from developer to the production team as the company grew. Now Production Division Manager, he focuses on helping his team grow and perform while maintaining their well-being. A rugby enthusiast, he values teamwork and fosters strong communication across Dedomainia.
Aziz KHOUAJA
Cloud Ops Manager
With over 8 years of experience managing critical projects for major insurance companies and banks, Aziz joined Dedomainia in 2024 as IT & Cloud Operations Manager.
He graduated as valedictorian from the Arts et Métiers Master’s in Global Risk Management in 2016 and combines analytical skills with deep expertise in system optimization to lead infrastructure integration, security, and reliability initiatives
